Coconuts
Frozen Coconut Water
Frozen coconut water is extracted from young green coconuts and then quickly frozen to preserve its natural taste, aroma, and nutrients. It is a refreshing beverage that retains the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals of fresh coconut water, making it ideal for hydration and health.
- Availability
Frozen coconut water is available year-round, sourced from tropical regions where coconuts grow abundantly.
- Storage Guidelines
Transport & Storage: Keep frozen coconut water at -18˚C or below to maintain quality and prevent thawing.
In Store: Display in the frozen section to preserve freshness and flavor until consumption.
- Production and Harvest
At the farm / processing facility
Young coconuts are harvested by hand at the optimal stage for water content. The coconuts are husked, and the water is extracted, filtered, and immediately frozen to lock in nutrients and flavor.
After freezing, the product is packaged in bags, bottles, or cartons, typically 250ml–1L per unit, ready for distribution and sale.
